Here is our new class timetable along with current COVID 19 guidance, please read to book in to sessions

COVID Class Guidelines

All sessions must be pre-booked, drop ins not permitted for now, due to restricted numbers & individual equipment requirements
From 6th Sept-13th Sept inclusive bookings can be made to Diane via messenger, a confirmation reply will secure your booking
Following this period, we shall be trialling an online booking system, details will be available during the above period
Reminder please do not attend if you have any COVID symptoms (high temp, persistent cough, loss of taste etc)
Names & numbers will be recorded for test, track & trace
Class members are encouraged to hand sanitize on entrance/exit of classes
One-way entrance/exit will be adhered to (when applicable)
Social distancing guidelines must be adhered to
Payment via BACs, any cash payment must be exact £, no change will be available.

Please bring drinks as kitchen area will not be available to use
Steps will be provided, hand weights & mats will be available upon request (prior the class starting), anyone wishing to use their own mats are encouraged to do so
All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized prior to the start of each class
There will be no price increase for single classes but pre-payment, block booking will secure your space
12-week block PT clients will have access to all the online classes until Supercircuits returns to Ferndene
Online sessions will be available to use for those wishing to exercise at home. Groups will remain as they are until 5th Sept from then online subscription will be required, more info will follow
30-day passes are available for £40 (this equates to a maximum of 36 classes during a 28-day month)
30-day block booking must still book in for individual classes
